安裝步驟：
         步驟 1：安裝錶冠-錶冠蓋旋入錶冠,順時鐘旋轉直到聽到沙沙聲，用力按壓並繼續順時鐘旋轉直到達
                        到阻力點。
         步驟 2：安裝錶帶-將錶帶推入相應凹槽，聽到"咔"一聲後,安裝完成。
         步驟 3：安裝錶扣-將彈簧桿穿過扣舌，滑動彈簧桿按鈕,完成扣的安裝。
         步驟 4：安裝錶圈-同時按下手表作右兩側按鈕，將錶圈放在手錶上並與手錶上的鎖定裝置對齊，用力
                        按下錶圈並鬆開按鈕，配戴前確保錶圈固定牢固。
       
錶冠拆卸-
用力按壓錶冠並逆時針旋轉直到感覺錶冠蓋鬆開，停止按壓錶冠並繼續逆時針旋轉,直到錶冠蓋被取下。錶帶拆卸-按下快速釋放按鈕已取下錶帶。

錶扣拆卸-
滑動彈簧桿按鈕並取下錶扣,滑動按鈕將彈簧桿從錶帶中取出，取下錶扣舌片。錶圈拆卸-同時按下兩側按鈕已移除錶圈。
